Welcome to Benihana, home of the original hibachi experience.

Our Riverton restaurant is in Mountain View Village, right next to Cinemark. The south end of the Salt Lake Valley finally has a teppanyaki grill of its own.

Just off 13200 South, minutes from Mountain View Corridor and Bangerter Highway. Parking is free and there’s plenty of it, pull in near the theatre entrance.

Cinemark Riverton and XD is next door, so dinner and a movie is about as easy as it gets. Harmons, Sephora and Lovesac are all a short walk if you want to browse before dinner, and Costco is directly across 13200 South if you’re making one trip out of it.

Whether you’re coming from Herriman, Bluffdale, South Jordan, Daybreak, West Jordan or Draper, you’re only minutes away. No drive downtown required.

Getting here couldn’t be easier, we’re just off 13200 South, close to Mountain View Corridor and Bangerter Highway. Parking is free, there’s plenty of it, and it’s right out front.

Benihana Riverton opens on Saturday, July 25, 2026. We’re at 13253 S Teal Ridge Way, Suite J-190, in Mountain View Village next to Cinemark. Reservations are open now.

Is this the same location as the old Kona Grill?

Yes, we’re in the space Kona Grill occupied at Mountain View Village. It’s now a Benihana, with teppanyaki grills, a full sushi bar and our hibachi menu. Kona Grill’s menu is no longer served at this address.

Where is Benihana Riverton and is there parking?
