Welcome to Benihana, home of the original hibachi experience.

Our Memphis restaurant sits on Ridgelake Blvd in East Memphis, just off Poplar Ave and I-240, directly across from the Hilton. This is the place where the chef cooks right in front of you on the teppanyaki grill, complete with the knife work, the flames and the onion volcano.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, bringing the family in on a Friday night, treating the team after work, or stopping for lunch between meetings off Poplar, we’ve been the hibachi spot East Memphis has kept coming back to for years.

What We're Pouring

Rocky’s Margarita: Altos Plata, yuzu, Grand Marnier. Pick your flavor: Traditional, Mango, Passion Fruit or Strawberry.
Perfect Piña Margarita: Don Julio Blanco, pineapple, yuzu. Get the bowl. Share it. Or don’t.
Dirty Bull: Red Bull, Calpico, pineapple, whipped cream. Add Absolut vodka for $3. You’re welcome.

We’re in East Memphis on Ridgelake, so we’re an easy drive from the eastern suburbs. Roughly 10 to 15 minutes from Germantown and Cordova, and a little further from Collierville, all via Poplar Ave.
