FRESH FROM THE GRILL

Our chefs cook right in front of you. Filet mignon, colossal shrimp, Hokkaido scallops, all grilled on the teppanyaki with the kind of showmanship you’ll still be talking about back at the hotel.

If you’re after hibachi off the Strip in Las Vegas, you’ve found it. On the grill right now:

  • Teppanyaki Hibachi
  • Wagyu of the World
  • Sushi and Sashimi

We’re open for dinner from 5pm, Monday and Wednesday through Sunday. Closed Tuesdays.

Whether you’re heading in after a long day at the Convention Center, before a show at the Sphere, or making a night of it from anywhere off the Strip, we’re easy to find on Paradise Road.
