Doors open at 11am, seven days a week. Dining until 10pm Sunday through Thursday, 11pm Friday and Saturday. Lunch Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm. Happy Hour Monday to Friday, 3pm to 6pm. Takeout and delivery from 10:30am.

Is there a service charge at Benihana Maple Grove?

Yes. 20% at teppan tables, 5% on takeout. To skip it, eat in the Bar or Lounge. Under Minnesota law the charge isn’t a gratuity, but your server does receive a portion. Tips beyond that are up to you.
