Trisha Paytas Is Getting Her Own Signature Order at Benihana: ‘This Is Literally My Dream’ (Exclusive)

Trisha Paytas just scored her dream collaboration with Benihana.

The internet personality, 38, is teaming up with the teppanyaki chain to launch The Trish Trio, adding an “elevated” version of her go-to order to the menu.

The trio includes filet mignon, chicken and shrimp over vegetable fried rice, and also features a new truffle butter introduced to enhance the flavors. The meal is available at all Benihana locations for $70, starting Monday, May 11.

The partnership is a long time coming for Paytas, whom the brand calls “the internet’s most devoted Benihana fan.”

“This is literally my dream,” she said in a statement. “I’ve been obsessed with Benihana forever, and now having my own trio with truffle butter? It’s everything. She’s iconic. She’s buttery. She’s me.”

The restaurant holds many personal memories for the performer, who appears in the current seasons of Hacks and Euphoria, and had a limited run in Beetlejuice on Broadway last fall.

“Benihana was always our Christmas dinner with my dad,” Paytas tells PEOPLE exclusively. ”We would come visit him in California, and it would just be me, my brother, my dad, and Uncle Joe. Benihana was my childhood comfort meal.”

“Now it’s my birthday celebration meal every year, but it’s every celebration milestone,” she adds. “When I was pregnant with Malibu, we would go at least twice a week. Benihana, as mentioned in my memoir, is where I found out the pandemic was happening. I went on March 16, 2020, to go eat, and there was a sign on the Encino location announcing the shutdown.”
