The Las Vegas Roll got its name due to its energetic flavors and presentation resemblance to Vegas poker chips. This Japanese/American infusion packs a punch. Our trained chefs start with a foundation of California-grown rice and pile on fresh salmon, avocados and cream cheese (need we say more?). The roll is then lightly fried to a golden tempura crisp and sliced into the bite-sized rolls we know and love. Freshly sliced jalapenos and a hint of spicy sauce are placed on top of each piece to introduce just the right amount of heat.

The dynamic flavors of the Las Vegas Roll make it a perfect match for our lighter creations. Start with a pinot grigio or a junmai sake to open up your pallet and enhance the flavor experience.
