SALT LAKE CITY, UT (Good Things Utah) – Benihana has some of the best bites and entertainment for your next dining experience. Chef Arturo and Chef Abe brought Benihana guests’ favorites to the GTU kitchen set.

1. Samurai Treat – Filet Mignon and Colossal Shrimp
2. Colossal Lobster Tail – 1 Lb lobster tail w/lobster blended butter on the side
3. Tokyo Broil Wagyu Steak
4. Chili Shrimp Roll
5. Tuna Tartare

Chef Abe prepared a Chili Shrimp Roll and/or the Tuna Tartare, since they are cold sushi items, easy to execute.

Benihana will be at Fork Cancer this week preparing another fan favorite: Wagyu fried rice.
