How many photos am I allowed to submit?
You may submit as many photos as you like.
How will my photograph be judged?
Judging consists of "votes" submitted by other visitors to the Last Night website. The photo with the most votes in each category wins. However, if there is a tie, the winner of the tiebreaker will be selected at random.
When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be chosen on the beginning of each month. Each winner will be notified by email (within two business day).
What are the prizes?
The winner in each of the six categories will win a $100 Benihana gift card.
Will I see my photo on-line if I enter the contest?
Yes. Photos will be posted to the Benihana website and can also be shared and seen on the Benihana Facebook tab marked “Last Night.” Once a photos is submitted for the contest, it can be viewed by everyone.
Is image manipulation allowed in the Photo Contest?
It’s not encouraged. We want to see your photo from last night at a Benihana restaurant through your eyes, not the tools of Photoshop.
When I submit a photo to the Photo Contest, and confirm the usage in marketing, what rights does Benihana have to my submission, and where will my photo be used?
We will have the non-exclusive, perpetual right to use your image for promotion of the contest as well as in any media now or hereafter known.

What photos are allowed for submission?
Only photos taken at Benihana are allowed. Wearing a Benihana Chef's hat is also encouraged!
Will my photo be immediately viewable on the site?
Content will be reviewed and approved before photos can be viewed on the site. If approved, you should see it within 2-3 business days.

Can I enter the same photo in all six categories?
Limit of one (1) entry/photo per category per month of the Contest Period per person. A given e-mail address may only be used by a single person to participate in the Contest.
If my photo is a winner, can I re-submit it for the next month?
Yes, you can resubmit in a later month during the Contest Period. Non-winning entries/photos will not be retained for subsequent months of the Contest.
