Darwin C. Dornbush serves as Benihana's Non-executive Chairman of the Board. Mr. Dornbush has 50 years of legal experience, specializing in corporate and commercial real estate law. Mr. Dornbush received his bachelor's degree from Syracuse University in 1951, graduating magna cum laude. He was Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Gamma Mu at Syracuse University. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1954.
